Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Coordinator, Construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project accounting, including budgets, purchase orders, change orders, and invoices
- Provide financial reports and project status information while supporting projects from initiation to closeout
- Conduct vendor maintenance and provide systems support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of practical experience in project administration, training, or accounts payable
- Experience with accounting software
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio
- Accounts payable and vendor management experience
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills
