Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator, Construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project accounting, including budgets, purchase orders, change orders, and invoices
  • Provide financial reports and project status information while supporting projects from initiation to closeout
  • Conduct vendor maintenance and provide systems support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of practical experience in project administration, training, or accounts payable
  • Experience with accounting software
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio
  • Accounts payable and vendor management experience
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills
