Key Responsibilities
- Support construction project management team in delivering projects through finance-based responsibilities
- Manage construction-related purchase orders, change orders, budgets, invoices, and vendor contracts
- Interact regularly with Project Managers, Accounts Payable, and Finance teams
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience related to construction project management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- Experience with basic accounting and understanding of purchase order and change order processes
- Knowledge of vendor management and contract processes
- Experience with project management technology and software
