Job Summary
To support a program management team, the remote Project Coordinator, Construction will manage project documentation, oversee vendor coordination, and facilitate communication between stakeholders for multiple projects within a client portfolio, with occasional travel required.
Key responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain project documentation in management systems
- Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, and change orders with subcontractors and suppliers
- Assemble and distribute reports for internal and external stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of related professional work experience or training
- Experience in retail, restaurant, or multi-site construction projects preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Smartsheets highly preferred
