Job Summary
Supporting the Senior Manager of Customer Strategy & Enablement, the full-time Project Coordinator will manage the development and implementation of tools and programs for customer-facing colleagues, ensuring an optimal customer experience in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in building and deploying tools for customers and customer-facing colleagues
- Host meetings with business leads to demonstrate tools and workflows
- Create customer-facing materials using Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of project management and/or coordination experience
- 1+ year of healthcare experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency, including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce, including building dashboards and reports
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4+ years of relevant experience + high school diploma or GED)
