Job Summary

Supporting the Senior Manager of Customer Strategy & Enablement, the full-time Project Coordinator will manage the development and implementation of tools and programs for customer-facing colleagues, ensuring an optimal customer experience in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in building and deploying tools for customers and customer-facing colleagues
  • Host meetings with business leads to demonstrate tools and workflows
  • Create customer-facing materials using Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint
Required qualifications
  • 1+ year of project management and/or coordination experience
  • 1+ year of healthcare experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency, including Vlookups and pivot tables
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce, including building dashboards and reports
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4+ years of relevant experience + high school diploma or GED)
