Project Coordinator for ESRD Operations

Job Summary

Supporting operational and administrative activities within End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Network Operations, the full-time hourly Project Coordinator I will manage workflow coordination, data quality reporting, and communications with dialysis facilities and CMS contacts in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ESRD operational workflows and CMS forms processing activities
• Validate and maintain information within the End Stage Renal Disease Quality Reporting System (EQRS) and other internal systems
• Manage communications and follow-up activities with dialysis facilities, CMS contacts, and external partners

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom
• Prior healthcare, ESRD, dialysis, or healthcare operations experience preferred
• Familiarity with CMS 2728, 2746, and 2744 form processing preferred
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume workflows
