• Track action items, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring commitments are met
• Maintain organized records and propose improvements to enhance workflow efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• At least 6 years in project coordination or executive administrative support
• At least 2 years of project or administrative experience in healthcare or medical services
• Proven organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint)
