A company is looking for a Project Coordinator - Clinical & Foundational Build.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain project timelines, milestones, and follow-up item tracking
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and tracking action items
• Manage project documentation and ensure communication across clinical, technical, and operational teams

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, healthcare IT, or clinical operations
• Experience supporting EMR/EHR implementation, including clinical and foundational build work
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong time-management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Athena EMR experience preferred
