Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator I-II for the Technology Project Portfolio Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with project activities including initiation, planning, execution, control, and closing
  • Support project schedules, budgets, status reporting, and communication efforts
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring proper documentation is maintained
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in business, project management, healthcare, or related field
  • Project Coordinator I: Minimum two years of experience in a project support role
  • Project Coordinator II: Minimum six years of experience in a project support role
  • Experience with project management tools such as Clarity, Jira, or Smartsheet is a plus
  • Certificate or training in Project Management is a plus
