Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Coordinator I-II for the Technology Project Portfolio Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project activities including initiation, planning, execution, control, and closing
- Support project schedules, budgets, status reporting, and communication efforts
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring proper documentation is maintained
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in business, project management, healthcare, or related field
- Project Coordinator I: Minimum two years of experience in a project support role
- Project Coordinator II: Minimum six years of experience in a project support role
- Experience with project management tools such as Clarity, Jira, or Smartsheet is a plus
- Certificate or training in Project Management is a plus
