Job Summary
Supporting global contingent workforce transformation initiatives, the remote Project Coordinator II will coordinate projects, manage data, and drive process consistency while collaborating with Procurement, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Support delivery of key transformation initiatives and coordinate multiple workstreams to achieve timelines and deliverables
- Gather, analyze, and maintain workforce data accuracy while creating reports to support strategic decisions
- Document current-state processes and develop standardized documentation to drive global alignment and adherence to policy frameworks
Required qualifications
- Experience in Procurement, HR, or Talent Acquisition environments
- Strong data analysis and validation skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience in process documentation, mapping, and standardization
- Project coordination or PMO experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools
