Job Summary

Supporting global contingent workforce transformation initiatives, the remote Project Coordinator II will coordinate projects, manage data, and drive process consistency while collaborating with Procurement, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities
  • Support delivery of key transformation initiatives and coordinate multiple workstreams to achieve timelines and deliverables
  • Gather, analyze, and maintain workforce data accuracy while creating reports to support strategic decisions
  • Document current-state processes and develop standardized documentation to drive global alignment and adherence to policy frameworks
Required qualifications
  • Experience in Procurement, HR, or Talent Acquisition environments
  • Strong data analysis and validation skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Experience in process documentation, mapping, and standardization
  • Project coordination or PMO experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools
