Job Summary
Managing accessibility audits and coordinating with internal teams, the full-time Project Coordinator II will oversee the audit program's compliance with WCAG standards while working remotely on a 6-month contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Manage accessibility audits with third-party vendors and internal engineers, ensuring timely completion of audits and Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs)
- Facilitate demo sessions between product teams and external auditors, coordinating the scope and timelines of audits
- Utilize modern AI applications to streamline program management duties and improve operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume matrixed organization
- Experience coordinating compliance-related projects with external vendors and managing Purchase Agreements
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and modern AI tools for program management
- Knowledge of product accessibility compliance and familiarity with WCAG standards
- Experience with accessibility audit processes, including demo coordination and vendor management
