Job Summary
To support project execution, the full-time Project Coordinator II will plan and coordinate internal projects from initiation to delivery, focusing on network, server, and software implementations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and maintain project requirement lists, providing weekly updates and coordinating project reviews
- Monitor project plans, schedules, and expenditures, while assisting in identifying and resolving project issues
- Collaborate with regional teams and document important actions and decisions from stakeholder meetings
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent with 2 to 5 years of related experience or training
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and/or project management systems
- Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Flexibility to accommodate both office and remote commitments
