Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator, Localization (Remote) in Scottsdale, Arizona, United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage localization projects from start to finish, including intake, production, and delivery of assets
• Work within the localization vendor management framework to ensure high-quality output and resource efficiency
• Communicate with internal stakeholders, build relationships with partners, and maintain version control of international assets

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in language studies, international studies, localization/translation, or marketing/communications
• 2-3+ years of localization and/or project management experience
• Proficiency with localization best practices and project management tools
• Ability to keep a schedule with East Coast business hours and some flexibility for early mornings or evenings
• Passion for the mission of the organization and experience related to supporting public safety
