Job Summary
Detail-oriented and organized, the part-time Project Coordinator (MD Licensed) will support a federal regulatory program focused on cosmetic compliance and data reporting while working remotely on a contract-to-hire basis.
Key responsibilities
- Compile, organize, and maintain data for surveillance activities and compliance decision-making
- Coordinate the development and clearance of compliance documentation and track assignments to ensure timely program execution
- Prepare reports, summaries, and updates for leadership while supporting data validation and quality assurance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-6 years of experience in project coordination, program support, or compliance/regulatory roles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable working with databases and reporting tools
- Strong skills in organization, analysis, and documentation
- Experience in regulated environments such as government, healthcare, or life sciences
