Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to support Energy Trust of Oregon's Business Lighting incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and validate lighting incentive applications and maintain project records
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide guidance on program requirements
- Assist internal teams with incentive-related questions and contribute to process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or administrative operations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Experience in incentive processing or detailed data processing
- Desire to contribute to clean energy efforts and support local businesses
- Ability to work fully remote within Oregon
