Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to support Energy Trust of Oregon's Business Lighting incentives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and validate lighting incentive applications and maintain project records
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide guidance on program requirements
  • Assist internal teams with incentive-related questions and contribute to process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or administrative operations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
  • Experience in incentive processing or detailed data processing
  • Desire to contribute to clean energy efforts and support local businesses
  • Ability to work fully remote within Oregon
