Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate remediation scheduling across engineering teams and client stakeholders
• Track remediation tasks and ensure timely status updates in the service management platform
• Prepare and distribute stakeholder communications and maintain program documentation

Required Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience coordinating technical operations in infrastructure or service management
• Experience with change scheduling, stakeholder communications, and documentation quality
• Comfort with metrics reporting and service level agreement inputs
• Associates degree or equivalent experience
