Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers and internal teams, managing inquiries and order execution
• Facilitate communication and coordination across various departments regarding production and delivery
• Validate and document customer orders to ensure accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
• 3 years of relevant experience; 5 years preferred
• Manufacturing exposure and ability to review technical drawings is an asset
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Comfortable in remote or hybrid work settings; adaptable to organizational change
