Job Summary
To support University Family Medicine, the full-time Project Coordinator with Act 34 License will manage service requests, provide first-level support for department initiatives, and assist in the documentation and implementation of programs, with flexible remote work options and required travel to Shadyside and Magee.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in the documentation and submission of service requests, monitoring progress and priorities
- Provide first-level support for department programs and communicate complex requests to management
- Develop and maintain documents and materials to support effective rollout of programs and initiatives
Required qualifications
- High School diploma required; bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Three years of experience in project planning and/or administrative functions with a high school diploma, or two years with a bachelor's degree
- One year of experience in project planning and/or administrative functions with completion of UPMC Summer Associates/Pittsburgh Fellows program and a bachelor's degree
- Act 34 License required
