Project Coordinator with MCM Certification

Job Summary

To support a dynamic group of insurance regulatory consultants, the remote Project Coordinator with MCM Certification will manage project coordination and administrative tasks for Market Conduct projects, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining project documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setting up Market Conduct Examinations and audits, including documentation and workflow implementation
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring quality control and accuracy of work assignments
• Schedule meetings, document action steps, and oversee internal process improvements across projects

Required qualifications

• MCM designation issued by Insurance Regulatory Examiners Society (IRES), or ability to obtain within 90 days of engagement
• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, market conduct examiner, or related role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat PDF
• Exceptional critical thinking and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a remote environment
