Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Cost Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up jobs in Financial Systems, review project costs, and assist with financial forecasting
  • Prepare progress billing for the Financial Vertical Team and monitor financial performance against forecast
  • Process work order tickets and invoices, review invoices for accuracy, and ensure timely payment
  • Qualifications:
    • College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience required
    • 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or an accounting environment preferred
    • Strong financial analytical skills and accounts receivable knowledge
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment
