Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate legal review of contracts and job set-up in financial software
- Assist with monthly financial forecasts and progress billing preparation
- Review and submit service work order invoicing, ensuring compliance with customer guidelines
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience
- Preferred: 3 years bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Preferred: 3 years project cost accounting experience
- Preferred: 2 years in a construction environment
- Solid financial analytical skills and accounts receivable knowledge
