Job Summary

To support the Vertical Market team, the full-time Project Cost Administrator will coordinate invoicing and collection requirements, manage aged accounts receivable, and collaborate with stakeholders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Create and track invoices in the financial system and customer portals
  • Follow up on payments due and maintain detailed tracking sheets of invoice progress
  • Assist in generating monthly financial reports and ensure accurate invoicing
Required qualifications
  • College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience
  • Solid knowledge of accounts receivable and collections
  • Proficiency in financial software for tracking invoices and running reports
  • 3 years of experience in an accounts receivable/collections environment preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
