Job Summary
To support the Vertical Market team, the full-time Project Cost Administrator will coordinate invoicing and collection requirements, manage aged accounts receivable, and collaborate with stakeholders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Create and track invoices in the financial system and customer portals
- Follow up on payments due and maintain detailed tracking sheets of invoice progress
- Assist in generating monthly financial reports and ensure accurate invoicing
Required qualifications
- College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience
- Solid knowledge of accounts receivable and collections
- Proficiency in financial software for tracking invoices and running reports
- 3 years of experience in an accounts receivable/collections environment preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
