Project Cost Control Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Cost Control Analyst to manage financial performance for infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of project cost budgets and change approvals
• Manage all aspects of project budgets, commitments, actuals, and accruals
• Conduct performance analysis and prepare monthly financial close activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in cost control, project accounting, or project finance
• Experience in EPC or large-scale infrastructure environments
• Proficiency with cost control systems, ERP platforms (SAP), and project management software (Procore)
• Knowledge of safety-sensitive position requirements and compliance
