Project Cost Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Cost Controller to track and control project costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and control costs associated with projects
• Review and track invoices and contractors, and administer project change control documentation
• Perform data entry for reporting activities related to project cost control

Required Qualifications

• Higher education in construction/project management, engineering, business, accounting, or finance
• Several years of experience in implementing project controls methodologies on large-scale construction projects
• Experience in project cost control activities with demonstrable application of project management concepts
• Certifications from PMI or AACE are preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and understanding of construction projects, contracting, and accounting principles
