Project Cost Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the delivery of construction and workplace projects, the full-time remote Project Cost Manager will develop, manage, and analyze project budgets while collaborating with clients and stakeholders to drive financial accountability and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review construction cost budgets across various project phases, including feasibility studies and design development
• Analyze project scopes and benchmark pricing to validate budgets and identify cost efficiencies
• Create and execute contracts based on approved project scopes while monitoring contractor pricing throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Finance, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
• Experience managing construction costs, budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting for commercial real estate projects
• Working knowledge of construction estimating, cost control methodologies, and contract administration
• Experience using project management and financial platforms such as PMWeb, Spend-App, or Adaptive Works
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret project scopes and financial data accurately
