Project Costing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Costing Analyst responsible for project costing accounting, reconciliations, and month-end analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project costing accounting activities, including setup, monitoring spend, and journal entries
• Conduct timely account reconciliations ensuring compliance with SOX requirements
• Support period-end close processes and prepare project-related financial data analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related Finance field
• 1-3 years of experience in property accounting, general accounting, or account reconciliation
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with financial systems and reporting tools (JD Edwards, Oracle, or similar ERP systems preferred)
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
