Project Delivery Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting complex federal transformation and implementation efforts, the Project Delivery Analyst will manage day-to-day PMO operations, prepare governance materials, and facilitate cross-team coordination in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day PMO and program operations for transformation and modernization efforts
• Prepare and maintain action logs, decision trackers, and governance materials
• Coordinate recurring meetings and develop status reports and executive-ready briefing materials

Required qualifications

• Eligible to work in the US
• Bachelor's degree
• 3-10+ years of relevant experience in PMO support or related consulting roles
• Demonstrated experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams
