Project Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Delivery Manager to ensure the successful delivery of project services and product offerings to its Customer Care client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding project status, risks, and issues
• Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business or technology discipline
• 10-12 years of project management experience, including end-to-end ownership of delivering products and solutions
• Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Professional ScrumMaster (PSM) are preferred
• A strong technical background and understanding of technologies used in Customer Care implementations
• Experience in managing customer relationships and working with diverse stakeholders
