Project Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Delivery Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the Project Management Office's project delivery function, supervising project managers and ensuring adherence to PMO standards
• Monitor project delivery health, allocate resources, and facilitate project-level governance forums
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers, providing training and conducting quality reviews of project deliverables

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
• 5 years of experience in Project Management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Preferred certifications include PMP, CSM, or LSSBB
• Strong leadership skills and experience in healthcare administration on the payor side
• Proficiency in Office 365 suite, including Visio and MS Project, is required
