Project Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the learning content production process, the full-time remote Project Delivery Manager will manage project planning, expectation management, and task tracking while ensuring alignment and timely execution across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, milestones, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of content
• Set realistic expectations for stakeholders regarding project timelines and deliverables
• Plan, assign, and track tasks across contributors, ensuring clear communication and alignment

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Producer
• Experience in managing content production projects, preferably in education
• Mastery of project management methodologies
• Proven experience leading business process automation initiatives
• Familiarity with tools such as Notion Projects, Jira, and content management systems (CMS)
