Project Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Supporting a learning content production process, the full-time Project Delivery Manager will manage project planning, set stakeholder expectations, and track tasks across contributors in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, milestones, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of content
• Conduct regular meetings to discuss progress, assign tasks, and address any issues that arise
• Proactively identify potential risks to project timelines and quality, developing contingency plans to mitigate these risks

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Producer
• Experience in managing content production projects, preferably in education
• Mastery of project management methodologies
• Proven experience leading business process automation initiatives
• Familiarity with tools such as Notion Projects, Jira, and content management systems (CMS)
