Project Delivery Manager
Job Summary
Managing projects end-to-end for Strategic and Enterprise customers, the full-time Project Delivery Manager will ensure successful customer onboarding and use case delivery while coordinating with various teams and stakeholders, both remotely and onsite in Santa Clara, California.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee project management from kickoff to post go-live support, including requirements gathering, risk management, and milestone tracking
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, managing escalations and scope changes while ensuring project quality and performance
- Engage with senior stakeholders and lead status meetings to track project delivery and customer satisfaction
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or a related field
- 7 years of related experience with a strong engineering background, preferably in software or data science
- Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise SaaS projects with expertise in project management methodologies
- Strong understanding of API connections, SQL queries, and data transformation
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business stakeholders
