Project Delivery Manager
Job Summary
Managing the delivery of clinical studies, the full-time remote Project Delivery Manager will oversee project execution, lead a team of Project Delivery Managers and Associates, and ensure adherence to quality standards and operational processes.
Key responsibilities
- Support oversight of project delivery across assigned studies, monitoring performance and escalating risks to senior leadership
- Directly manage and coach Project Delivery Managers and Associates, ensuring team performance and adherence to delivery standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement standardized processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 6 years of related experience required
- 2 years of supervisory experience required
- Experience in a pharmaceutical and/or Clinical Research Organization (CRO) setting preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Word
