Project Delivery Specialist
Job Summary
To support a federal healthcare technology program, the remote Project Delivery Specialist will manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and ensure smooth execution throughout the delivery lifecycle, all while aligned to EST business hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate project timelines, schedules, milestones, and task assignments to support on-time delivery
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, documentation, and collaboration tools including Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint Online
- Monitor workstream progress, identify risks and blockers, and escalate issues as needed to maintain project momentum
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in program coordination, project coordination, or project delivery support
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Project
- Experience supporting Agile teams and participating in Scrum ceremonies
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust (CMS T4)
