Project Design Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Design Engineering Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the completion of technical design packages for customer projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract specifications
• Manage and mentor a team of project engineers, providing guidance and conducting performance reviews
• Implement established engineering processes and conduct design reviews to maintain quality and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related Engineering field
• 5-7+ years of experience in engineering design, with 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role
• Experience in delivering engineered design packages for construction or industrial projects
• Strong ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary tasks and manage team priorities
• Solid understanding of engineering documentation, industry codes, and QA/QC procedures
