Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Design Manager responsible for managing the setup and amendment of clinical trial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the creation and revision of operational documents and ensure client requirements are met
  • Coordinate with internal teams and serve as a subject matter expert during project discussions
  • Provide training and mentorship to staff and oversee the development of training materials
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of setup-related or project management experience, or an Associate's degree with 5-6 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in customer service and clinical research or central laboratory settings
  • Ability to interpret project-specific budgets and manage related tasks
  • Experience in training and mentoring team members
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be accepted
