Job Summary
Project Design Manager is a full-time salaried position responsible for managing the setup and amendment of clinical trial projects, creating operational documents, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage initial setups and amendments, including creating and revising operational documents and test requisitions
- Coordinate with internal departments and serve as a contact for Sponsors and CROs to ensure project timelines are met
- Assist with training and mentorship of internal staff, developing training materials and SOPs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of setup-related or project management experience, or an Associate's degree with 5-6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in customer service and clinical research, central lab, or project management
- Ability to understand and interpret project-specific budgets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
