Project Design Manager

Job Summary

Project Design Manager is a full-time salaried position responsible for managing the setup and amendment of clinical trial projects, creating operational documents, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage initial setups and amendments, including creating and revising operational documents and test requisitions
• Coordinate with internal departments and serve as a contact for Sponsors and CROs to ensure project timelines are met
• Assist with training and mentorship of internal staff, developing training materials and SOPs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of setup-related or project management experience, or an Associate's degree with 5-6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in customer service and clinical research, central lab, or project management
• Ability to understand and interpret project-specific budgets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
