Project Design Manager

Job Summary

Remote and full-time, the Project Design Manager I will manage the translation of complex clinical research protocols into DDC and eCOA system requirements while collaborating with internal teams and conducting customer meetings to ensure project alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Review client protocols and project documentation to assess build scope and communicate with internal teams
• Define system requirements based on protocols and regulatory guidelines, and oversee eCOA builds
• Lead internal and customer-facing meetings regarding study build projects and manage client UAT processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in clinical trial design or equivalent work experience
• Proficient knowledge of clinical research, regulations, and protocol design
• Ability to work independently after brief technical training
• Experience with MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Strong organizational skills and ability to learn complex applications quickly
