Project Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Designer to take direct ownership of project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day execution of mass timber design work within the platform
• Develop coordinated 3D models and design packages for pricing, coordination, and manufacturing
• Review and interpret architectural and structural documentation, identifying issues early

Required Qualifications

• Strong 3D modeling skills and proficiency in Revit
• Experience working through Concept to Construction Documentation phases on real projects
• Ability to read and understand construction documents
• Curiosity to understand structural engineering concepts
• Basic project management instincts for tracking tasks and timelines
