Project Designer

Job Summary

Project Designer, responsible for creating design documentation for Building Management Control Systems, particularly HVAC controls, in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Create various technical diagrams and documentation including riser diagrams and cable pull drawings
• Perform sizing calculations for control valves and dampers, and select components based on project requirements
• Model behaviors consistent with company values and work within standardized procedures to meet project deadlines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Associate's Degree in Mechanical Design Technology or related field; Bachelor's Degree in HVAC/R preferred
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC/R and mechanical drawings
• Familiarity with general computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Drive
• Knowledge of HVAC application engineering and basic drafting applications is preferred
