Project Designer

Job Summary

Developing design documents and drawings, the full-time Project Designer will formulate space plans and coordinate with allied professionals to meet client requirements in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and confirm preliminary space plans and design concepts that are safe and functional
• Determine selection of colors, materials, and finishes to meet various design requirements
• Coordinate with other design professionals and assist with contract administration and project reporting

Required qualifications

• At least two years of design experience within the commercial real estate market
• Preferred Bachelor's degree from a CIDA accredited institution in a related discipline or field of study
• Experience in Revit, either professional or academic
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• Skills in coordinating Audio Visual and other specialty consultants
