Project Designer
Job Summary
To support client needs, the full-time Project Designer will develop documents, drawings, and diagrams while collaborating with design professionals and ensuring compliance with safety and aesthetic standards in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Formulate and confirm preliminary space plans and design concepts that meet client requirements
- Compile specifications for materials, finishes, and furniture to align with project goals
- Assist in the administration of contract documents and provide project implementation reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a FIDER accredited institution (NCIDQ preferred)
- Minimum of 1+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent education and experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or REVIT and Architectural Desktop
- Understanding of technical aspects of design and construction, including electrical and HVAC systems
- Familiarity with the five phases of an interior/architectural project
