Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary SME for a confidential project within the credit card and travel rewards space
• Provide expert guidance on business requirements, program structure, and compliance considerations for travel rewards programs
• Partner with cross functional stakeholders to ensure program alignment and execution

Qualifications

• Strong background in travel programs and/or travel related financial services
• Experience with regulatory compliance, risk controls, and background check processes
• Deep knowledge of credit card travel rewards programs, including business rules and operational requirements
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams
• Strong communication skills and comfort working on confidential, high visibility initiatives
