Project Developer

Job Summary

Managing the development of energy storage projects, the full-time remote Project Developer will coordinate cross-functional teams, establish project plans, and engage with local communities to secure necessary permits and contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project timelines, milestones, and accountability alignment to accelerate deals to the final investment decision
• Build and manage commercial contract tracking tools to ensure alignment and visibility for stakeholders
• Represent Antora to local community leaders to obtain required permits for advancing thermal energy storage projects

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in renewable energy project development
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to advance energy deals to final investment decisions
• Proven experience in mitigating project risks through effective escalation and management
• Track record of building trusted relationships with stakeholders and community leaders
• Exceptional project management skills, including establishing project plans and effective communication
