Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of 50 to 60 concurrent projects, the full-time Project Development Manager will oversee project outcomes by delivering detailed project plans, Statements of Work, and collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify project requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and implement continuous process improvements
Required qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management software such as Salesforce and Smartsheet
- Proven ability in multi-project prioritization and stakeholder communication
- A Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or a related discipline is preferred
- Strong customer-facing experience
