Project Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Director (US) to oversee clinical studies and manage project portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees a portfolio of projects and Project Managers to ensure studies meet client and therapeutic requirements
• Ensures compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and maintains project budgets
• Drives performance improvement and operational efficiencies while representing the company to clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a relevant discipline; Master's degree and PMP or PRINCE2 Certification are assets
• At least 15 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 5 years at a CRO
• A minimum of 10 years of clinical project management experience across all project phases
• Experience leading multi-centered, multinational phase III clinical trials and managing project budgets
• Substantial experience in project supervision and business development tasks
