Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Director (Part Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact with the Office of Apprenticeship for all contract deliverables and performance
• Provide strategic direction to a multidisciplinary team and oversee project budgets, work plans, and timelines
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, ensuring all deliverables meet federal standards for quality and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of experience without a degree
• Hands-on experience with the Registered Apprenticeship system and knowledge of 29 CFR Part 29
• Proven track record managing federal workforce development contracts
• Experience leading teams on complex, multi-stakeholder national initiatives
• Ability to engage with C-suite executives and federal/state agency leaders
