Project Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Director (Part Time) to provide strategic leadership and manage project outcomes for Registered Apprenticeship programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a multidisciplinary project team to achieve program goals and deliver high-quality results
• Serve as the primary point of contact with the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Apprenticeship, maintaining strong client relationships
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and staffing to ensure alignment with contract objectives and timelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree
• Demonstrated leadership experience providing oversight and direction to a team
• Experience interpreting contracts and ensuring successful project performance
• Experience in establishing schedules, meeting deadlines, and monitoring project progress
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
