Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Director to lead complex ERP transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own program outcomes across the full lifecycle from contract through post-go-live stabilization across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Lead stakeholder engagement by translating program complexity into executive-level insights that drive decisions
• Establish and govern enterprise-scale program governance structures and manage program health, including scope, schedule, and budget

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of project or program management experience, with at least 7 years leading large-scale ERP transformations
• Demonstrated success managing programs of $20M or greater with C-suite stakeholder accountability
• Deep expertise in program governance and commercial risk management
• Proven track record of developing senior talent in a consulting environment
• Executive presence and ability to lead difficult conversations with senior clients
