Project Director

Job Summary

Managing a large, complex, multi-year federal health communications contract, the contingent Project Director will lead multidisciplinary teams to produce evidence-based resources for healthcare professionals and the public, primarily in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide project management leadership and strategic planning for a large-scale project
• Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary staff to achieve project objectives
• Control project costs while ensuring timely delivery of products within scope and budget

Required qualifications:

• 8-10+ years of experience in substance use treatment and recovery services
• Outstanding project management skills with a proven track record
• Experience working with high-level federal officials and subject matter experts
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-stress, time-sensitive environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
