Project Director

Job Summary

Managing the full contract lifecycle, the full-time remote Project Director will oversee daily operations, supervise Sub-Contractors and consultants, and serve as the primary contact for client-related project discussions, with occasional travel to client headquarters in DC.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of effective project plans and oversee daily contract operations
• Manage and oversee performance of Sub-Contractors and consultants
• Coordinate and assist in preparation of national and topical training sessions for T&TA activities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing and directing federal contracts
• Significant experience managing adolescent programs
• Specialized knowledge and experience in abstinence and sexual risk avoidance education
• Proven ability to select and manage Sub-Contractors and consultants
• Experience tracking multiple tasks under federal government contracts
